Characters

Mary Mary (Moon Geun-Young) is a young woman with the energy of the sun. She looks like her late mother, but her hot temper comes straight from her deadbeat father. Mary’s father proposes that Mary marries a man named Jung-In to pay off their debts. When Mary hears of her father’s plan she devise her own plan. Mary takes fake wedding pictures with her new friend Mu-Gyul ( Jang Geun Suk), whom she has just met over the last couple of days. She sends the pictures to her father’s cellphone with the message that this is the man she loves and will marry. Unfortunately for Mary, her deadbeat father has already registered a marriage certificate on her behalf with Jung-In! Jung-In then proposes that Marry spend 100 days of marriage with both men and decide whom she wants to live with.

Mu-Gyul (Jang Geun-Suk) is the lead vocalist and guitarist for a rock band. He is chic and lives a carefree bohemian lifestyle. He doesn’t talk much and only wants to make music. Mu-Gyul doesn’t care about success. He also suffers trauma with his mother and, because of this, becomes tired of the women he dates and leaves them. He meets Mary, money becomes involved and a 100 days of marriage ensues.

Jung-In (Kim Jae-Wook) is the president of music company JI Entertainment producing a music drama. Jung-In was born into a wealthy family and has never lacked money. Jung-In is also good looking and has good manners. Because of this, Jung-In appears to be highly eligible bachelor for marriage. But, Jung-In also has a cold side – he doesn’t like becoming too close to people. His weakest point is that he can never say no to his father. He enters into a 100 day fake marriage with Mary. Mu-Gyul will also become a rival for Jung-In over Marry.

Seo-Jun (Kim Hyo-Jin) is a sexy and sophisticated woman. She also comes from a rich family. Seo-Jun works as an actress, preferring to make movies rather than dramas. Seo-Jun broke up with Mu-Gyul about a year ago, but still occasionally attends his performances without his knowledge. She also has the same care-free spirit as Mu-Gyul. Seo-Jun then meets Mu-Gyul once again and makes a contract for a drama produced by Jung-In.

Review

This is a really sweet drama. One of those feel good and entertaining dramas that are really entertaining and fun to watch. Its very care free romantic drama not very over serious nor over dramatic and that is why its really enjoyable to watch.

You will fall in love with all the characters and really just enjoy the drama. I loved the acting. It was really cute and they all had really good chemistry between one another. Jang Geun Suk is a total hottie and I have enjoyed watched him since his movie baby and me. After his very popular drama “Your beautiful” I could not wait to see him act again. There is something very appealing about him especially when he plays a moody character. Makes him even more attractive.xD

The lead actress Moon Geun Young, who played Wi- Mai-Ri is absaloutly adorable and she is so cute! Her acting is really good. Previously I have seen her in painter of the wind but I also tried watching her drama ” Cinderella’s sister”  where she was playing the evil stepsister and her performance was amazing. I can see why she is so popular as she can play so many different characters and roles as her role in this drama was a very innocent and cute. She played her role terrifically and I really like her acting. Her chemistry with both the male leads was phenomenal especially with Jang Geun Suk. They should go out in real life. xP

Kim Jae Wook was  Byun Jung In who played Kang Moo Kyul’s (Jang Geun Suk) rival. He looked like a very rich guy. I like how aristocratic his looks are. I also thought his chemistry was really good and sometimes I though he and Merry would be amazing together.  In some ways though I also liked him with Merrys rival for Moo Kyul’s love Seo Joon ( Kim Hyo Jin) They would have looked pretty good together. It would have been something like an opposites attraction theme in the drama.

I was actually happy with this ending. I was sad to see it end but I did not finish watching it with a sense that something is missing. Its just a really cute and romantic drama.  If you dont have anything else to watch then watch this. Its really carefree and fun. It will make you giggle and gush all over the cuteness of the whole drama. Its not serious so if you want a life changing drama then dont watch it because its just really not a serious and melodramatic drama. Its a very good drama with solid acting but with a storyline that has been done many times but what makes it special is the actors.  You will fall in love with the charm and simplicity of this drama.

  1. Lol…I might see it xP.Only if it is interesting xD

  2. I liked the very first episode but after ep 6 or 7 its begin bad from my opinion and I don’t think nowadays (sorry) a girl will choose kang moo gyul over director Jung In and after what Jung In gave to wi marry she even not think about jung in feeling and jung in father

  3. I actually did like Jung In and I wanted her to end up with both of them but of course that could not happen O_o I suppose she was a bit selfish and in some ways a bit immature. ^^ I would like to know your opinion on why a girl would not pick someone like Kang gyul? Do you think it is because people think of the whole picture and the future? Because I actually can imagine that happening lol .

  4. I expected much but there wasn’t even any twist :( so predictable :(

  5. It was your typical drama very cliche but I enjoyed it because of the actors. ^^

oh as much as i enjoyed watching the actors/actresses of this drama … i also enjoyed and fell in love with the flow of the story…. it was sweet… exciting indeed.i dont know but i so loved this drama so much… i giggled every time the 2 main characters meet… aaaahh… im inlove with jang geun suk as well as moon geun young….

  7. call me mrs jang (philippines) says:

in my opinion … it is more likely possible to choose a man like kang mu gyul. often times we really fall for a guy who can melt our hearts with his talent and looks. also, choosing kang mu gyul in the first place actually normal esp when you came from below average family… not all people look after others wealth… nowadays, i believe that most people are more honest than practical… they choose what they really wanted….. being wealthy is out of the question — we choose what we believe is best for us….
